25% deposit is due on reservation and the remainder 4 weeks before your holiday. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. We will usually contact you within 24 hours of a booking to confirm your holiday.

Prices include all bedding, towels, linen, water and electricity.

On arrival our local key holder will meet you and show you around the apartment. A one off cleaning charge of €70 (approx £65) is payable to the key holder.

Discounts are available for couples and long stays over 3 weeks. Please contact us for the best prices.

We are flexible on arrival and departure days and times, providing we don’t have any guests leaving/arriving on the same day. If you have any particular holiday requirements  please do not hesitate to ask.
